Since 1996, A&S has served as the pre-shipment inspection agent for customers in the U.S.A., U.K., Germany, Ireland, Holland and Canada. We have a team of professional staff with QA experience for over 10 years. Our China office has been set up since 2001. We can do the inspection for you all over China. SAMPLING PLAN
Unless otherwise specified by client, A&S uses the MIL-STD-105E Single Sampling Plan General Inspection Level II as sampling standard. It has equivalents in many countries and international standardization organizations such as BS 6001, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, ISO 2859, GB2828
Acceptable Quality Level is the maximum defective rate, for purposes of sampling inspection, which can be considered satisfactory as a process average

Defects detected during inspection are classified into 3 categories as follows.
Critical Defects fail to meet mandatory regulations and are likely to result in unsafe conditions of consumers.
Major Defects likely to result in function failures or reductions of the usability of products or obvious
appearance disfiguration, which may affect the salability of products and consumer returns
Minor Defects doesn't reduce the usability or function of the product, but beyond the defined quality standard and more or less reduces the sale of the products.

* Client can specify what points are minor, major or critical in our quality inspection specification.

REPORTING
Our report is written in English. It is very detailed and includes descriptions of all defects, inconsistencies discovered, bar codes, critical component type, tests we performed, test data and we will also take digital photos for shipping mark, gift box, packing, accessories, artworks, internal contructions, defects, etc. We can send our sample inspection report for your reference upon request.
We can send a quick result within 2 hours after inspection completion for urgent shipments and a full report with digital images within 8 hours for fail or pending lots and within 24 hours for pass lots.
PRICING

INSPECTION PREPARATION
We need a signed sample from client for study and preparation one week before inspection. Any other information such as PO, packing requirement, artwork and your special instruciton will be useful. Then we will prepare a quality inspection specification for your review. Thus all unclear points can be settled down before inspection.
INSPECTION ARRANGEMENT
We work systematically while remaining as flexible as possible. We will never make your shipment be delayed due to our arrangement.

Our staffs are very stable. Most of them work in A&S for over five years. We have designated staff to follow each client so the history of your every product is kept.
